| Toppers is located on the 4th floor of one of the well known building, named Parkson at the city center. It has been reputed as its varieties in its buffet that is mainly managed by the Thai and German chef, and also French ice cream, since it is established. Besides the German draught beer and those homemade cocktails, Toppers also serves wines which came from Australia, France and Chile.
To be able to develop the restaurant business thoroughly, the business holder of Toppers also established one high class Chinese Restaurant, knowned as “Kim Ngu”.
Kim Ngu Restaurant apparently serves high end menu of the cuisine, which is included Shark fin and Abalone. Also, the arrangement of the menu expresses not only the“Eating Culture of Chinese”, but also the “PRIDE” of its nation and ethnics. And, this has been attracted crowds of Japanese and Hong Kong tourists coming from far.
