Returning last week, I wanted to thank you for the excellent organization of my laps Vietanm and Cambodia. Everything was perfectly tuned and orchestrated, with punctuality (welcome to the train, boat, hotel, etc..)!
The tours were excellent. Guides (English or Italian highly skilled), with driver and car were very significant.
Hotels in Nha Trang, Phnom Penh and Siem Riep very good quality and service.The hotels (1 *) Can Tho and Chau Doc, VERY means, but acceptable for one night (the words "guest house" is certainly better than standard hotels).
The evening dinner on the junk (Pearl of the Orient), with menu $ 25 / pax was very successful (frame, dishes and perfect service), good for value for money!
My overall rating for all the efforts you made: 17/20; I recommended to many people and I intend to make very favorable comments on your site.
I'm not sure about returning to Vietnam soon because my daughter has to return to work starting this year. I send you some pictures in a personal capacity.

We are at the end of the first week of our trip to Vietnam and I must say that everything went very well. We really appreciate everything we saw and lived up here. The hotels are very good. However, the Hoi An (Cantonese) seems of a degree inferior to others, but the service is good and the room is clean.
We appreciate the fact of having an air-conditioned car because it is very hot and humid. The Vietnamese are extremely friendly, generous and hospitable.

All guides were friendly except for Hue, poor English, hard contact, did not appear elsewhere, nor did we fill in the form of satisfaction.

Also participated in the success of all players this trip guides: Cuong, the guide improvised nha trang, then Tam who had the tough task on the last day to take us back to the airport to fly home, and also very careful drivers, the buses are very comfortable, the accuracy of the appointment, and were very punctual, very clean hotels, restaurants all as good and varied.

We're back in the SA. We are very pleased with our trip, everything went well and Vietnam is a country engaging us really liked.
We thank you for the excellent organization and efficiency you demonstrated.
The hotels were generally very good, except at Van Loi in Hoi An where we were allocated a room without windows. Instead we particularly enjoyed the accommodation and hospitality of Spring Hotel in Hanoi and Que Huong Hotel in Nha Trang.
We will not fail to inform our friends and relations the quality of your services.
