| Day 1: Arrival Hanoi  On arrival you are picked up by tour guide and transfer to hotel. If time permits, we embark on a cyclo for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places.. Enjoy a famous water puppet show before dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi
After breakfast depart for Halong bay. Along the way we make a stop over at Hai Duong province to observe embroidery-making women at work. Arrive Halong and embark on a boat for an exploration of the legendary Halong Bay. This exciting five hour cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. The limestone Karst formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Visit the amazing Thien Cung and Dau Go grottoes. After a seafood lunch on board return to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh  After breakfast visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation???s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh???s house on stilts. The complex also comprises the One Pillar pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of Hanoi. Then depart for airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Arrive Ho Chi Minh city and check in hotel. Free at leisure shopping in Ben Thanh market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

After breakfast we travel by roads to Tay Ninh to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war. Back to Ho Chi Minh city, visit Notre Dame Cathedral, Centre Post Office, Independence palace, War museum. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

 Drive to My Tho in the Mekong Delta region. Take short walk through a local market. Take a boat cruising along the mekong river. Visit local farming village. Enjoy a south region traditional music show - Cai luong. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
